Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NineOwls Consulting Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

NineOwls Consulting Group provides operational consulting services to venture-backed startups and growth-stage companies, including but not limited to: growth diagnostics, execution architecture, operational infrastructure design, and founder partnership programs.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in separate engagement agreements between NineOwls and the client.

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services.

Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations at their own discretion and assume all risks associated with business decisions made based on our advisory services.

Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and materials shared during engagements.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and methodologies — is the property of NineOwls Consulting Group and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients retain ownership of their own data and proprietary information shared during engagements.

Deliverables created during engagements are licensed to the client for their internal use upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

NineOwls Consulting Group maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and engagement details.

We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years.

NineOwls Consulting Group provides advisory and operational consulting services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or investment results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NineOwls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

NineOwls reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
